SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
 

All orders are processed during regular business hours. In-stock items are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
 

If an item is not currently in stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery timeframe and available alternatives.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery
 

We ship across Canada using trusted courier and freight partners. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.
 

Please note that larger equipment (such as snow plows, blowers, or heavy attachments) may require freight shipping and additional handling time.
 

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Freight Shipping: 5–10 business days (depending on location)
     

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (winter and spring)

Shipping Costs
 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Oversized or heavy equipment may incur additional freight charges. Customers will be notified of any special shipping requirements before final confirmation.

Customers may choose local pickup at our location:

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
